You bring the vision.
We build the line.
Boehm Consulting partners with founders to design, source, and ship a ready-to-wear line — guided by a master clothier with nearly four decades at the bench.

Most great clothing brands never get made. Not for lack of taste — for lack of a factory, a pattern, and someone who has done it before.
That someone is us. You may have a name, a mood board, and a point of view. What you likely don’t have is the supply chain, the production know-how, or the relationships it takes to turn a concept into garments people can buy.
We sit on your side of the table as your client partner — translating your standards to manufacturers, protecting your margins, and managing the unglamorous machinery of making clothing well. From first sketch to shipped order.
Whether it’s your first capsule or a full line, you get the same thing every Boehm client gets: clarity, craftsmanship, and someone who has been in the room thousands of times.
Everything between an idea and a finished garment.
As your client partner, we bring our best thinking and effort across every area between concept and delivery — and engage the specific services your line needs, when it needs them.

We partner in whatever way fits the brand.
As your client partner we’re invested in the outcome, not just the invoice. There are a few ways to work together — we’ll find the one that aligns our interests with yours.

Retainer
A simple monthly engagement for full access to our services — ideal when you want hands-on help without giving up ownership.
Equity
We take a stake in the brand and build alongside you — best when we’re betting on the line together for the long run.
A blend of both
A reduced retainer paired with equity — sharing risk and reward so we’re aligned from the first sample to the tenth season.
Christian Boehm.

For nearly four decades, Christian Boehm has worked at the intersection of craft and commerce — not just making clothing, but building the systems, standards, and people the industry runs on.
His career began at the Tom James Company, where over 18 years he rose to Vice President of Merchandising & Sales Management. What set him apart wasn’t just fitting a suit — it was drafting a pattern from nothing, reading a body’s architecture by eye, and teaching those skills to others. The clothiers he trained at Tom James, Astor & Black, and Balani now rank among the most sought-after in the country.
In 2019 he founded Jaxson Maximus in Miami — a first-of-its-kind concept merging a luxury custom studio, men’s salon, and full-service tailor shop under one roof. He built it from the ground up — concept, product, sourcing, production, customer experience. Not consulting from the outside; founding from the inside.
Then he launched his own golf and athleisure line at Jaxson Maximus, moving deliberately from custom into ready-to-wear — an entirely different discipline. He navigated RTW tech packs, graded patterns, and MOQs, and got a finished product to market himself. He didn’t learn ready-to-wear by advising on it. He learned it by doing it.
That is what makes Boehm Consulting different. When a founder arrives with a mood board and an idea, Christian draws on 40 years of craft and two brand launches of his own — the full stack, on the client’s side of the table. He has built great brands himself; now he helps founders do the same.
From the bench to the boardroom, across the most respected names in bespoke.
Every pattern drafted from scratch — not the 10–15 made-to-measure takes.
Thousands of body types, men and women. No two clients — or garments — alike.
Mentees who now run their own shops and set the bar across the country and beyond.
Before we build yours, we built ours.
At Jaxson Maximus we took a concept from sketch to shelf — a complete ready-to-wear collection of performance golf and athleisure. Designed, sourced, and produced in-house: not a custom one-off, but real product on the rack, made to sell. It’s the same path we’ll walk with you.

Clear standards. No surprises.
Good manufacturing runs on precision. Here’s how we keep your product, your costs, and your expectations aligned at every step.

Product Standards
We define clear, specific standards together so manufacturers know exactly what to deliver. We give you feedback, refine them jointly, then attach them to the agreement and every order.
Quotes & Purchase Orders
Before each production run we send a quote with everything you need to issue a Purchase Order. Your PO specifies what you’re buying and when — and we need a new one for every order.
Change Orders
You can amend your standards at your discretion. We capture changes as Change Orders; depending on their nature and timing, fees may apply. You always have the right to reasonable changes before a PO is finalized.
Once a PO is signed
Once a PO is signed, products slated for production, products already made, and raw materials already purchased can’t be changed — they’re your responsibility, and must be paid for even if you can’t use them. So we work hard together up front to get every detail right.
Before we start.
Do I need a finished design to work with you?+
No. Many founders come to us with a name, a mood board, and a point of view — nothing more. Product design and development is where we begin: we turn that vision into tech packs, patterns, and samples a factory can build.
How do you charge — retainer or equity?+
Both are on the table. We work on a monthly retainer, for equity in the brand, or a blend of the two. We’ll recommend the structure that best aligns our interests with yours and scope it during our first conversations.
Who finds the manufacturers?+
We do. Global sourcing is core to what we offer — we reach out to the right mills and makers, vet them, negotiate terms, and manage the supply chain so your standards and margins both hold.
Can I change an order once it’s placed?+
Before a Purchase Order is finalized, yes — you have the right to request reasonable changes. Once a PO is signed, products in production, finished goods, and raw materials already purchased can’t be changed and become your responsibility, so we get the details right up front.
What can you actually produce?+
Custom tailoring and full ready-to-wear collections alike — at Jaxson Maximus, Christian designed and produced his own ready-to-wear line of performance golf and athleisure.
Whatever the category, you get the full path from concept to delivery: product design and development, global sourcing and supply chain management, production management, logistics and shipping, and product or line extension as you grow.
Where are you based?+
South Florida, with a manufacturing network that reaches well beyond it. Christian’s relationships span the most respected names in the industry and factories in markets around the world.
Let’s make the thing you’ve been imagining.
Tell us about your idea — where you are, what you want to make, and where you’d like to take it. We’ll tell you, honestly, how we’d build it with you.
